Hello, hello!
After a long wait, or at least it felt long, my toys arrived! And it was worth the abject shipping worries...they're fantastic! I adopted a toy, and had one made, they are:

So, before I spam you all with the abject photos and such (this is providing my camera works and I can get the house to myself at the same time), the bits and pieces reviews:
Ordering:
I screwed this up a bit, but Runa kicked me through it. Since I adopted a toy I had to use BD bucks, which I have never played with before, and I asked for a custom fade on the tongue since I've wanted one for so long. Otherwise it was simple, and in Firefox I didn't have the problem of the shipping quote falling off the screen! Next time I'll add more cumlube though.
The new page layouts are looing great, having the more concise descriptions and artwork really sets BD apart from other adult sites, especially for having many shots of the toys, and comparisons with other items. It made deciding what toy to buy/adopt so much easier.
Shipping:
A bit slower this time, because the dragons ran out of syringes for the cumtubes (whoops, I guess they're popular!), but I was kept up to date by email and didn't worry about it. As always it was very discreet and packaged beautifully in purple paper, which was very fitting for the toy colours.
Box Opening:
Firstly, my mother signed for this parcel. I overslept because I'm feeling a bit flu-y. So I had to somewhat discreetly take the box from kitchen to my bedroom and pretend it was some plastic ponies I had bought off ebay, yay subtle!
The box was full of that lovely purple paper, so much so that I had a fair bit to get through before reaching the toys! But it was worth it, they were both wrapped in cling film with the new 'identification' stickers on the bottom of them, and three mini bottles of cumlube. No samples this time, but I already have two little dolphin ones and I only use the BD Cumlube.
The care instructions and tips manual was on the top, as always, and though I know what it says it's always an informative read.
Toys: The Dragon Tongue:
My reactions to this can be summarised thusly:
OMGSQUEE IT'S SO PRETTY AND PERFECT I WANT TO PUT IT ON DISPLAY EEEEEE!!
*Ahem* but that's not so constuctive.
The fade on this toy is utterly beautiful, I know it's hard/impossible to get pure black as a colour, so the base is a very, very dark purple, with the fade running from a dusty violet up through lilac and then to a snowy white tip! I am very glad I put out for the custom option, and to be honest since it doesn't look like a dragon's nethers I'm very tempted to keep it on display. But I think people might twig when they realise it's made of silicone.
The 3-hardness silicone was a great choice, and I highly reccomend it over the other types of hardness for this toy, as it adds to whatever you could call a realistic feeling: tongues don't get as stiff as nethers do, for a start! The base is wider than the fusion, but with the softness I reckon I an take it, also the shape is far more forgiving on the female body.
I haven't tried it fully, because I was very eager to try the Anthro, and didn't have long to play, so I've only take the first few inches. However, the ridges were brilliant and I could really feel them, the curve on the tongue is also great, ridges up or down! I get the feeling this is a toy that female 'dragons' (BD buyers) will really appreciate. rinding against the softer 'incline' into the large base was also a lot easier on me than the sharp angle that the Fusion has, which in my opinion is the main flaw with that particular toy.
ETA: Played extensively with it now.
The tongue is a glorious toy and knotting with it feels fantastic, and even for me it was fine to take the full base of it after a bit of playing. I do still reccomend getting this toy in the softer type 3 silicone for that reason, as once the adrenaline and endorphines wore off the first time I was a little sore, but nothing really of note. The effect it had far made up for any overplaying I may have done!
Even rubbing the ridges against the outer parts of me was lovely, so if you were feeling creative it may be possible to use this toy as wekk as one of the other Bad Dragon products. :)
Toy: The Anthro Dragon:
In the most Flasheart of manners: WOOF!
This toy.. was the first one I've played with where I needed no extra help (playing with myself in any other way, for instance) to orgasm so much that it took me a while to stand up and about an hour to stop the adrenaline/endorphin shaking! Wow!
No knot doesn't mean no fun, with the girth of this toy being perfect - at least to me, again I feel this is a toy that a lot of females wil appreciate - it was 'knotted' from the first couple of inches. The ridges are just defined enough to give feeling, but soft enough to not give discomfort or the 'bump' sensation when you get...enthusiastic. The addition of testicles was surprisingly effective, as - again, suspend actual realism here - it makes the toy seem more real. And you can bounce on them. Whee!
Adopting a toy with a cumtube was so worth it, and it doesn't matter that the core 'failed' on this toy, as having the 3/8 split was just as nice, again, it gave a more realistic feeling to riding it, and the 'medium' toy doesn't weigh that much, and is easy enough to handle so that you can lift the base and angle it as you will to hit that perfect spot. The satisfying 'pop' feeling as you pass the foreskin of this dragon is one that I know a lot of people will enjoy, I certainly did!
Aesthetically, it's obviously a giant dragon [beep], so I can't keep this one on display! But the design has been easy enough to clean up, and stands on it's own (my seadragon occasionally falls over/off whatever it's drying on).
There will be pics when I get the house to myself, promise! Might take a while though with the current traffic...
