Re: Where do you keep your toys?

:words: Congrats on your Pretzal, its super pretty <33 That invisible child magnet lock is so genius though. The "key" to your treasure hoard stays on the refrigerator :misc3:  Actually stuck to the radiator in my room, but that'd also be a fun thought :smilenox: And they're really...

Re: Where do you keep your toys?

:words: Fuuuu that pretzal is stunning Thank you!! It's got a GITD aqua sloppy seconds (even though it took a lot of trial and error to get it to glow in the first place and I first thought it's missing *cough*), I attempted to photograph it, but my phone does not seem to like such low light condit...

Re: Where do you keep your toys?

I'm a master of fitting too many dicks into too small a space ;) Joke aside, much to my own surprise everything fits into my nightstand drawers! The top one for toys, and the bottom one for lube, accessories, charging cables, rubbers, etc etc -- Not sure what I will do when I get my hands on more, b...

Re: Bad pour

Did the spooky seconds appear to be aqua or blue colored? Cause that could also factor into why your toy had such a weak glow -- https://forums.bad-dragon.com/viewtopic.php?f=126&t=42919&start=20#p1130741 I ordered Aqua, and I'm pretty sure the colour it has matches the second one from the ...

Re: Bad pour

I have to make an apology, which is rather embarrassing haha: I finally got the GITD highlight to work -- I tried four times to charge it by the window, plus twice with a normal lamp, with varying time frames and conditions, and could not detect the slightest glow. Just couldn't get it to show no m...

Re: Bad pour and missing GITD

I think you should push the issue and ask for another CS rep or a higher up. That's...not a fade. I've seen rogues of this natural that look exactly like yours. If anyone has pictures of the rogue ones (just the pic is fine, the ID is somewhere in it's url), that would be helpful to OP. Because the...

Re: Bad pour and missing GITD

Customer Support has gotten back to me. They said that the hunter is an acceptable pour (what.), and want to offer me 25$ in store credit, which is worth nothing to me as I will not order again after this train wreck. No useful comment on the GITD yet. I think you should push the issue and ask for ...

Re: Bad pour and missing GITD

Wait i though customs paid the shipping and custom fees if they fucked up ive seen that happen for several people! Most companies wash their hands clean of having to pay customs/shipping with replacements, as it's "out of their jurisdiction" -- But if you say BD covers that, then I hope y...

Re: Bad pour -- compensation?

Oh no! Dude im so sorry! And your so far away too :( Up until today I was a big fan of this company, but I think that was my last order. Six weeks wait time, ~600$, and 2/3rds of the order defective... I can understand your upset, but i will handle it to the bd team they do normally get it right, t...

Re: Bad pour -- compensation?

Guys. It gets worse. I have also ordered a Turquoise Pretzal with a custom aqua spooky seconds highlight (GITD). I paid 15$ for the GITD highlight and .... they forgot to add it. I'm gonna cry, I paid over 135$ in customs and over 50$ in shipping for an order where two thirds of the toys are defect...

Re: Bad pour -- compensation?

A lot of blocky fades like this tend to end up in Clearance page listed as "Rogue" colors, implying that they're failed pours or at least not intentional. And it is possible that during the chaos of Valentine's Day shipping that your toy got switched with one of these flops by accident. D...

Re: Bad pour -- compensation?

Can you take a photo of it on its side like it is on the promo photo! Position sadly doesn't change the quality of the fade :'D I had a good look at it from all angles, it looks equally blocky everywhere except for one side (the one with the bumps, the bumps obscure the line) My issue with it isn't...
