Well, jacking off your toys with soap and rinsing them off with warm water after using it does do the trick. But if you want to sterilize, I would suggest the 10% bleach solution. After that, just rinse it a lot to make sure it's good to go again.

The only way that will put my mind at ease is boiling it.
