Hi. ; u;

I made my order nearly 6 days ago but I requested for a pack of Teenie Weenies to be added to it so I'm thinking of the two week processing time to start about now rather than back then.

I have ordered 'The Tentacle' in small with a medium firmness, my first BD order, and I am sooooo excited~! :stick:

I requested custom stripe with these colours:
Image

As I'm new to this I put in my order note, "Please ensure that the colours are as fantastically light, cute, pastel-y and bubblegum-y as possible! Thank yooouuu" (More out of paranoia than a specific request!)

Along with the Teenie Weenies I also ordered a Tentacle key-chain and a bottle of Cumlube. :3

Such a pretty color! Reminds me a lot of this one.

I have plans to get a large tentacle like it one day. Might ask for it to be glow in the dark too. :stick:

Oh my gosh that is quite similar! Which is helping me visualise it better, and making me even more excited God damn it.

Without a tracking number, I expect my toys to arrive within the next three days.
I shouldn't be a problem, I should be home, except tomorrow afternoon. But FedEx usually delivers until noon. Or, should I not be home, give it to a neighbor.

if you call up FedEx support they can provide you with a tracking number based on the shipping info.
that's what I ended up doing.

I thought about it, but I hate phonecalls, so I'll let them surprise me.

I hate waiting; I also wasn't sure, after poking around some picture threads on here that certain sizes I ordered (all medium) are even possible for me to take. So I proceeded to poke around on the adoptable page, and chose 3 ready-made, in small, that looked like a lot of fun and, hopefully, would help prepare me for the original order I made about 5 days prior.

Hoping, hoping, hoping, to get them in a few days, since they were ready-made and I paid for 2 - 4 days shipping. Here's hoping! *bounces*

Does anyone have experience with how long it takes support to get back to you on custom colors? It's never taken this long to have a ticket responded to any other time I've sent one.

ok thanks, I figured maybe there was some consulting with the shop dragons that needed to go on unlike a regular support ticket. Hopefully I'll get a response soon *crosses fingers* I'd love to be able to place my order by friday. It's going to be my first custom

I've asked about custom colors 4 or 5 times now, and response times for me have always ranged to the next morning to 3ish days. My custom color requests have also always been answered by Firus- Not sure if that's their color "specialist", the support person my account was assigned, or just chance!

I need to have, the best dicks, like no one ever owned.
To buy silicone, is my real test, to use it is my cause.
I will travel, from site to site, searching far and wide.
The perfect dick, will come along, and feel just right inside...
FUCK-A-DICK! Gotta fuck 'em, it's you and me, I know it's our destiny.
FUCK-A-DICK! Oh, they're my best friends, my storage needs will never end.

Hahaha as *soon* as you responded, I got a reply from Audax. I thought it was too late in the day for a response, I always forget they're in an earlier timezone than me.
Looks like Audax will be running the ideas past the production team and getting back to me when she's got an answer

But... BD only gives Fed-Ex shipping options; there isn't one for UPS otherwise I think the majority would be going that route instead.

I think it depends on your region. I get a ton of options for both FexEx, UPS, and a single option for PO box shipping

Speaking of UPS , I was supposed to recieve my package from EE yesterday , however , I NEVER EVER got a notification from the tracking page that it was out for delivery , and at 9:23pm , said they attempted a delivery , but no truck ever showed up , no doorbell ringed , no knocking on the door and not a single note on my door & mailbox. Tried to email the customer service but they never responded. I am very frustrated at the moment...

I'm in Australia, so that's probably why. Heck, I wasn't even aware Australia had Fed-Ex...That's a new one on me.

I had 2 options, but that's all, both Fed-Ex, one was just (supposedly) 2 days quicker than the other.

Yes, it seems, for international shipping, Fed-Ex is the lesser evil.
At least they handle customs, so you don't have to show up and explain the nice people what you're trying to import...
