Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I have nothing against furry's, obviously, but I wouldn't really consider myself one.
I just find the toys to be somewhat kinky. I regret my username too, i wish it was AHuman, would fit me better.

Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I'm in the same boat. Though I support anyone creative enough to be a furry, and find it so fun, and cool. I just don't got it in me (there's too many other things). I also regret not paying attention, and having my username be the same as one of their toys (much less one I don't find personally appealing).
Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I'm really into monsters - like non-human, xenomorph kinda monsters - but not a furry. Werewolves are the closest I get, but then I still prefer them to be more creepy than anything. For some reason the general "vibe" I get from furry stuff just isn't what I'm into. As for the toys, I don't usually attach a character of my own to them, so whatever BD designs them to look like doesn't matter to me. They fit monsters just as well anyways!
I actually really like a lot of furry art though! In terms of character sheets and OC designs, I really like how creative they are. I've been focusing more on that stuff myself because I'd really like to do something artsy with that stuff, like an art giveaway or something.

Actually, most people here are not 'furry', and also BD is something more of a joke in the furry community. Hence why I use a pseudonym on the forums here.

Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I don't feel any affinity to the furry-dom, I just like the quality of the toys and the give to their silicone (I hate firm toys). I stay away from BD's anatomical animal dongs and stick to things like Echo, I'm also liking their new Pearce and Blaze models... haven't bought any yet, but I like the new direction, I just hope they make more toys like that but with more texture
Toys I own:
Lil Vibe (8) Crackers
Mini (5) Echo
Small (5) Ika
Medium (5) Echo
Medium (5) Roland

Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
The range of options in BD's list is huge. Not every model fits every person, but almost anyone can find at least one toy that will feel like it was made just for them. There's no need to be offended by the options that exist to serve, when you can also have the freedom and tolerance from others. People are excited and disgusted differently about very same matters, and that's okay. For an example, if you would love to have BD's Pearce, you are not forced to get Austin.
If you're bothered by the presence of some product images, you can actually block them out, if you wish. Most different browsers have their own methods to do this, but for an example with Firefox's AdBlockPlus addon you can select page elements and select all the picture files separately and block them, if there's any reason for you to do that.

Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I'm a furry, but I'm not into BD because I'm a furry, if that makes any sense?
I love furry art, but I'm not into the porn (though I can appreciate some of it from a strictly aesthetic viewpoint if it's nicely drawn). It doesn't turn me on, but really, almost nothing does. I'm pretty sure I've only ever been truly, actually aroused a handful of times in my life, and that was always when I was around a person I was really super close to, emotionally.
I like BD because of the interesting shapes, the soft silicone, and the prettiness/customization factor. 'Regular' dildos are too hard for me, and a lot of them are too explicitly human penis-shaped for my tastes.
All that being said though, there's nothing wrong with being a furry, or being into the NSFW side of the fandom. And there's nothing wrong with being vanilla, either. To each their own.

Not really into the scene myself. Unless you count owning BD toys. Or thinking werewolf fictions are kinda sexy in a thrill/scare way. I think some of the art posted here is super cute
. I've nothing against that fandom/lifestyle. I like fantasy toys gor their interesting textures/safe materials/flexibility in 00-30 to 00-50 shore firmness.

I've sold toys to over 17 different homes.

I consider myself a furry, in that I like the art, write a lot of furry fiction, and (used to) go to conventions. Unfortunately, the one major furry convention within driving distance (Rainfurrest) turned out to be completely dysfunctional and collapsed.
On the other hand, I don't consider my Bad Dragon hobby to be related to my furriness. I'm into Bad Dragon because I'm a committed sodomite, and Bad Dragon makes some of the best toys on the planet for fulfilling my needs. Sometimes these overlap, and I like the art that comes with the toys, but that's coincidental to the reason I bought the toys or the pleasure I get out of them.

Wasn't Rainfurrest that one furry con that wound up turning into "diaper con"?
Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I'm not, I just like the variety of the toys BD offers
Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I've been really surprised by the apparently broad demographic of Bad Dragon customers. Before becoming active on the forums I'd assumed that most Bad Dragon customers would male, gay and furry, but judging by the posts on this forum that doesn't seem to be the case. There's an apparently sizable contingent of non-furry straight men, which has confused me somewhat as I hadn't really expected dragon dildos to be the sort of thing straight men buy (I'm bi). There's also a large contingent of female posters too, which is less surprising, but still not quite what I'd expected.
Perhaps the people posting on the forums aren't a representative of Bad Dragon's broader customer base, but even so, I think it's nice there's such a broad mix of people posting on this forum and generally being respectful of one another. It's a pleasant contrast from all the shitposting and trolling that goes on at many of the furry art sites.

I don't consider myself a furry. I'm just really into teratophilia (attraction to monsters).
I'm also just not interested in human shaped dildos, so fantasy toys existing is a life saver.

I appreciate furry art, but I don't consider myself a furry. I do love werewolves though so I've listed that as my "species" since if I had to pick an animal to be, that's what I would be
Agree with the above poster who said they don't like human dildos. That was what drew me to BD, the unusual shapes and colors.
Also, ABear, your avatar is cracking me up XD

That's basically me :3 Even though BD and furry are interrelated - it was a separate process of discovery for me.
I view furry art and porn all the time but I rarely get aroused by it. Most of the time I'm evaluating how it's drawn lol. "Oooh that hoof is really nice" or "ummm the perspective/lighting is just totally wrong there." Friends say "OMG you noticed THAT and not the sex?" Maybe that's because I've drawn some in the past and view it with a critical eye now?

Send a PM to a mod; I know a couple others have done so and have changed their usernames over the last couple of years.

I used to be a furry, I don't really consider myself one anymore though.
I took one look at the monster girl community and thought I would much rather be apart of that than the furry community.

I mean, when I was in my tweens I went through the whole fursona thing because my friends were doing it, but it never really stuck. I think I chose a seagull back then, but it might have been a bat, idk. I think it shifted depending on what music I was listening to.
I don't identify with anything in the furry scene, but I like the toys because they're far enough away from 'normal' to be interesting. Plus being body safe and much softer than other companies like Tantus.

My love for BD and other fantasy toys have COMPLETELY NOTHING to do with me being a Furry.
Well Im KINDA am a Furry but mainly not.
Im really a Therian but saying Im a Furry is WAY easier then always having to explain what a Therian is to people.
While I am still KINDA a Furry Im ONLY into the the dressing up part and cant give a shit less about the community and fandom stuff.

Re: Anyone else here that don't consider themselves a "furry"?
I don't consider myself a furry. I enjoy furry/anthromorphic art a lot, as I consider it a great aesthetic that is supported by talented artists (many in there furry community). That said, I don't really consider myself part of said community, and in that regards, don't consider myself a furry.
It's like, when someone enjoys MLP, but isn't a Brony(I am a Brony though). Or likes Steven Universe, but is not part of its fandom. Nor do I have anything I'd consider a Fursona.
That said, I do enjoy a lot of furry porn.
