Anyone had their hole refuse to co-operate mid-session?

I was in the middle of a good session after hilting my Med Nox, switching to medium anthro dragon was going okay, so, I figure I want to try a different position on my side, but with the dildo still kept straight, instead of rotating it to match my body.

For whatever reason, the toy refused to go in past the head, and my back-door refused to open up further...

Has this happened to anyone else?

It's been a long time since my entrance has refused to co-operate, but yes this does happen, for me though it's a lot deeper now when some days my body just isn't going to let that flare in......
