There's a LOT of people here that use it because it's cheap, very high quality, and you can control the consistency with how much water you mix in. I've been using J lube for a little over a year, can't recommend it enough.

And sorry, not sure what you mean by outside/inside? It is intended for internal (body) use, and can be used anywhere. If you spill it, just use salt water to wash it up.

Nope, it works fine with BD silicone.

BD lube is based off it and so are many others. However you'll probably die if you get some inside your peritoneal cavity*, so don't shove a toy through your colon wall. Or if you do, call 911 ASAP and tell them, especially since you might faint from the blood loss too. Oh, and it could damage your mouth if you eat the whole bottle so I wouldn't recommend doing that either. Most people are able to survive using it.

On a more constructive note, some syringes have oil in them. Make sure you look into that before buying one. I made that mistake and the oil was too difficult to fully remove. It was a complete waste of money.
